Hi Grey Nomads Question to you's ... We have a Caravan insured with QBE Insurers but they won't insure us if we are living in our Caravan! Can anyone recommend an Insurance Company that will insure under those circumstances ? Many thanks Fran
This has been raised a few times before so I suspect a search will reveal all.
I too live full time in my caravan but have not mentioned this (not been asked) to my insurers. Indeed what does "full time" mean? My various government details are registered to my son's home in Melbourne because Vic Roads et al will not accept a PO box as an address so, I guess, I do not live "full time" in my van as I certainly spend a month or two at my son's home each year and if the government won't accept such I see no reason an insurance company should.
