The Ningaloo Caravan and Holiday resort is a complete rip off, $60/night and facilities date back to early 1900s. Amenities block up each couple of days, management simply dont care, absolutely NO REFUNDS, and they dont warn you the place is actually a mega backpacker hostel as well.most arrogant manageress I have encountered, has he personality of a rattlesnake, rude, arraogant and domineering, more suited to a job collecting overdue monies owed to a loan shark.
Coral bay caravan park the same, we cancelled 28 days in advance, the management decided to give a credit instead of refund, non transferable credit, when I pushed the issue they charged us $35 administration fee to refund our deposit . Just another rip off caravan park on the west coast. Never again, I wouldnt bother exiting the highway.
