We have a 25 van with 5- 7 foot drawbar (not sure which). places we have stayed have only a few sites big enough for us. Has not detered us in 6 years though. We always find somewhere. Showgrounds are bigger n cheaper n free camps r good too. We no longer book ahead as we need to check size of site for ourselves. Enjoy.

Even our van which is 28' from tip to tail, we have struck a number of parks that either have turned us away as their bays are too small or we have had a struggle to get our van in.
One that comes to mind is Middleton Beach in Albany WA where we got in but it was a real wriggle and the tow hitch was on the edge of the road and my spare wheel was encroaching on the bay behind. Fortunately we had a very accommodating neighbour behind.
Many of the older parks were built for van's around the 16 to 18' maximum mark and these days with the vast majority of new van's being bigger than that, struggle to fit them in.
We started off in a 40' bus towing a Suzuki 4 down and size was rarely a major issue.
Now have a 35' Hino towing a Mazda on a gypsy trailer and still happy to swap the extra room for some slight inconveniences
Your big enough ! Free camp where you can & want !! Just because theres people making money to supply power, room etc ! Doesnt make it compulsory!! Most the time we free camp !! Fitted out to do it !!
