What district of NSW is Newtons Crossing. Looks like a nice spot.

It is a shame it doesn't look like that at the moment. the bush fires went through there in 2019-2020.
the camping area is still closed.

From the Forests NSW website. YAMBULLA Open Note Newtons Crossing and Allan Brooke Rest Area remain closed.

Was one of my favourite camp spots.

It would be virtually impossible to get a decent sized caravan into the main Newton's Crossing campground & too tight to turn around.
Overhanging branches would cause havoc.
It's more tent & camper trailer territory.
Nearest caravan, motorhome free camp would be Scrubby Creek, back on the Princess Hwy.
Or the Imlay Creek Rest Area for an overnighter.
