I been in the roof today. Pulled out quite a few batts which stunk from rats. Will remove the rest of the batts over the lounge next week & give the roof space a good clean.

We are at the waters edge, Manly, Sydney,, no rolling fields of wheat, probably just weed!

IMG_0032.jpgWord is they're so bad out at Charleville that they're selling them by the kilo at the butcher shop. See pack No 5.

Good Luck.

Great Butcher. Have always shopped there when in town. Only Butcher I think. Don't particularly like the meat though. Very strongly flavoured. Different from the meat we get down south.

Oops was thinking of Quilpie.  Only been to the Charleville one once or twice.

Full sheep for $24.00, we are getting very nice loin chops for $20 per kg at the moment

I thought they were very fatty (don't like paying $20.00kg for lard) and was aged almost to mutton. I'll wait until the spring lambs come in.
