Yep I've done an Arnie and back in N E VIC near Wangaratta if anyone is in the area or travelling through and want a catch up.

House sitting duties done and dusted until next time.

You didn't hear the toot mate cos I was too busy concentrating on traffic and rain when coming through that area sorry. I believe there will be a three way meet up soon in your neck of the woods though.

I didn't even get pulled over and checked for my permit to enter VIC even after the trouble I went to, to get one. Not sure why we still have do that?

How did the Collie go after the radiator issues were looked at Doug? Is the overheating issue fixed?

The $1200 a week electronic billboards still there and sprout about permits, on both freeway and old Hume hwy, " lincoln causeway". We went to Wodonga last week from Albury , saw them and thought, well they can only lock us up?

Will forgive you, the internal highway bypass is a bit,(really) badly designed and takes some concentration.

You will be able to buy the second round of drinks

Sorry all but been a busy little Indian Chief.

'Problem fixed' ???

It's a bit hard to tell really because the weather temp was only 28c first trial run and temp gauge got to a little over the halfway mark by the time I got to the top of hills.

The second trial run the weather was no more than 20c and at top of hills the gauge showed a bees whisker over halfway.

On the flats the gauge varied between quarter and halfway. I am pretty sure though that on a hot day above 30c the problem will still be there. I am thinking of getting the thermostat changed and leave it at that. I am also thinking of getting a secondary temp gauge fitted or maybe what I think is called a Scan Gauge fitted. The latter giving transmission temp plus other vital info any old Indian Chief would need to know.

Remember, I am towing 2,720kg with 250kg on the tow ball and before I get jumped on, the teepee is under ATM and the the Collie is well under it's max weights in all departments. I am fully aware if weights and measures and compliant. I was trained as a young Indian Brave that safety comes first.

Keep Safe on the roads and out there.

G'day BigD, hope you are well and not flooded out??

You know I don't believe in WDH. One thing, I haven't used the genie for over 12 months now so might have to drag it out one morning around 2.00am to give a run. No one will hear it cos they will be asleep.
