I have used a bloke in Adelaide for the OKA truck tyres sometimes.
Could you fit a new tubeless truck tyre in 30 seconds? This bloke can.

I got a twin flat tyre out the back of Mudgee . Thank goodness I had 1/10 of a bar on phone . Rang the tyre replacement opperater in Orange . But but before you hang up !! Can you
Organise a local tyre fitter ? Oh the relief when I saw the truck coming !! Only to find it had 18 tyres !! Not available in Australia!! Fixed up what we had ! Theres always tyre fitters out there !! Its just the phone or CB reception .

I suppose an emergency replacement may be OK away from Tyre Dealership - I would be concerned about the availability of a home service to balance the refitted tyre/wheel.

I use balance beads that I add myself. They last the life of the tyre.

I have not used any on site tyre replacement services

Just about any tyre place would come to you, if they were not working flat out, in their workshop

Most of them would have a ute, with their tools, and a compressor on the back

If you needed a wheel balance, they would probably take the wheel back to their workshop, and put the new tyre on there

It would be just a matter of ringing around, and asking

I assume that it would be added cost

In Bunbury WA, and Tamworth NSW, I have personally ordered two new tyres, and then taken the two wheels from my motorhome, into their workshops

Each time the tyre people, (two different organisations), offered to then take my wheels to my motorhome, and fit them for me

We are equipped to make repairs ourselves in the bush.
We carry plugs and internal patches that can make medium term repairs to quite severe damage if needed.
