 Hyundai Australia is about to recall approximately 1100 electric cars sold from 2018 to 2020 due a fire risk when recharging.

Even Tesla has had issues !! Keep in mind nearly every brand has had elect issues . Notice they ARE recalling them !! Unlike a washing machine company who fitted a rubbish bag over elect to prevent hazard !
