Anyone with ISUZU NLS AWD experience?

Hi Graeme, what year is your NLS if you don't mind me asking?. I just looked over a new 2022 unit and it had factory rear parabolic's fitted which was a surprise ? Mine is a 2012 with big nasty multi-leaf packs.
Thx
L

Hi Our NLS is a 2020 model and was the very last in NSW on a big special probably due to the pending update. We did get the really big screen nav entertainment unit as apparently they ran out of the normal smaller in dash units but only paid $52,500 drive away then added some extras we wanted.
We had to fly to Inverell to get it having been too slow to commit to the last one in Wollongong which was much closer to Kangaroo Valley where we were then located. We have now retired to Wellington East South Australia getting out of the crazy NSW realestate market almost exactly at the top and buying again for one third of our sale price! Huge fluke even for an expert in the field like myself.

Hi Graeme,

Quick update on the NLS front end saga.

I've custom fitted the progressive bump stops (Sumosprings) to the front end; whilst it has improved lateral stability, ride comfort has only improved minimally.
As such, it's not a mod I would recommend for the effort.

Only other new news is a better shock that's recently hit the market.

I have a set on order, will let you know if this changes the game at all. The NLS is in dire need of better shocks, and longer travel. This product only address the oil capacity, but proof will be in the fit up and test.

I'm honestly a bit sick of the front end ride quality, looking into custom suspension seats for the front passengers now as a last stop.

Thx
L

Hi Lynden We have subsequently travelled and towed thousands of kilometres with our NLS AWD. Whilst agreeing the ride quality isnt great it is greatly improved with our slide on camper on the rear and even better when towing our 3.4ton yacht via an air shocker hitch. I look foward to any other information you get that might make things better! I have already fitted an a secondhand like new Isuzu spring suspension drivers seat.
