FEARS that gas pipes to ovens in some motorhomes could spring a leak have sparked a national recall.

"LPG gas may accumulate within the enclosed area of the caravan and there may be risk of carbon monoxide poisoning or fire, which could result in serious illness, injury or death," national consumer watchdog ACCC says.
