Commendation of EXCELLENT service

I am a regular user of Ozi Explorer Mapping software, and due to upgrade of Android on my Samsung Tablet lost access to the mapping programme.

I found an old (2 - 3 years) email to  Des Newman and so used that to contact Des again. He answered within minutes with the solution and in short we are in full use once again from his excellent response.

Here we are a "one man band " so to speak, who designed the product, produced the product and has many many clients/customers and can service his customers problems within minutes, NO COVID excuses, NO Ï am overworked excuses. Puts our various gummut dept and agencies to shame does it not?

I second that.
Buy it once and up date it to the latest version for free for life.
I purchased OziExplorer on a CD on 9th April 2002. It cost $130 then and is not much more now.
Not only good service, but it is acknowledged world wide as the best mapping software. All written and produced by Des in Australia.
Cheers,
Peter

Thoroughly agree, I bought about the same time as Peter and also have had swift response from Des. I like the software, use it always when I plan a trip with waypoints etc all coupled with a VMS GPS.
Also have the 3D incorporated on my computer.

Cheers
