Bush Camps in Wide Bay region Qld.

This time last year we were up in the wide bay Qld area. At the later part of 2019 we became home bound due to illness. This year has been the same due to the Chinese Virus.

But now!!!

We are all set to head off for a few weeks bush camping and staying at a couple of Farm Stays.

1st Camp  is the Nomads Rest which is less than 10 klms from the township of Gympie Q.

2nd is The Goomeri Qld.  Caravan and Bush Camp. It is less than 10 klms from the township of Goomeri Q.

Great reviews on the Wiki Camp.

Both look excellent self contained Camp Sites.

We will post our review after the trip,

Happy days ahead..

Jay&Dee

Surely the virus should be more accurately called the tourist virus , or perhaps the American virus as they seem to have more of it than anyone else??

Also a great forestry camp at Glastonbury Creek west of Gympie, as well as another at Amamoor State forest.  Free camp at Kandanga RV park is great for a short stay, and another at Petrie Park, near the Mary River at Tiaro is also good but popular.

There is no doubt about the place od origin - still a lot of doubts whether it was man-made or bat influenced in Wuhan wet markets.

I call it the Chinese Virus for obvious reasons.
