I am looking to replace the above in my van, however through searching I am unable to find any business in Australia that could supply what I need. A standard single bed doona is too wide as my single bed is 70cm wide. if I can get one my preference would be a wool doona.
We purchased Large fully zipped sleeping bags - They can be totally unzipped to make doona or zipped to make cosy cocoon or together to make a double. Child bride cocoon mine unzipped and open.

Have you tried Domayne or Spotlight. I got an alpaca doona half price 2 years ago from Domayne, wanted a king single but it was single or double. So got a double. Alpaca is almost a whisker too warm, but ok.

I just used a standard single bed doona and cover for my single beds in the aluminium teepee but have since changed bed to a King Single and still use the single bed doona. I got a very good quality one from 'Pillow Talk'. Check out their 'Ice' pillow protectors while there. Cooool.
I get hot in bed so the pillow protector helps heaps. Mmm, does that mean I'm hot in bed
Keep Safe out there.

I bought our 2 single doonas at Ikea. The extra width means I can tuck them in. The all seasons Duvet (2 doonas - 1 lightweight and 1 heavier that clips to the other for winter) cost $79. Excellent and washable. Happy hunting.
When we ordered our van my wife measured the single beds in the display unit and as she loves doing patchwork she made up a really nice pair of quilts while waiting for it.. That probably doesn't help you out much unless you know someone who also does quilting as a hobby, having a doona made as per farmhats suggestion may be the only way that you are going to get exactly what you want. The only drawback will be that that custom made items usually cost you a lot more than mass produced items available straight off the shelf.
Ahhh tuffen up . I just spent 2 hours putting cover over doona . Great when RC in shoulder are stuffed !! Rather all in one, wash the lot . For B&B due to C19 EVERYTHING needs to be cleaned !!! Lighter dooner ? Extra better blankets ?
