That's because he didn't have some knowledge..IT IS NOT used like a VITAMIN PILL-!! Daily for months & years..A tab is only taken shortly 1-2-3 days & stop when problem gone..altogether 3-6 tabs-- if needed..This I've known for decades..He probably had wrong knowledge,was a concentrated,toxic amount,& brewed wrong..

Yes you have to be careful with echinacea & your liver.
I follow the International Space Station vitamin supplement regime. Well almost. I get my vitamin D from the sun. That's the only one they take.
