was wondering if a 120amp hour battery would run a portable fridge which draws approx. 2amps per hour plus a 300watt inverter to run a cpap machine for 8hours. idont know what the machine draws because it is not mine, thought there might be someone out in Nomad land that has experience with this.
Yes. It will be enough providing you have enough solar.
Our set up- 130ah agm,300w solar on roof, 30 litre drawer fridge, cpap devilbiss, TV Say 5 hours in evening. Battery rarely goes below 12.3volts, usually sits on 12.6. Initially I only had 150w. Solar and it wasnt enough

Be careful re 12volt on cpap. Your battery will be 12.5v not 12v . Most cpap need an adapter to bring to 12v exactly and i found that this 12v adapter used more power than running an inverter. I would say 120 amp hr battery would only just do the job. If your battery goes down below 12.5 it will reduce life of battery. Effectivly you only have 60 amp hr available.

My Devilbiss APAP complete with humidifier has run fine on over 13.2v from my lithium battery for about four years now, the 12v lead is just that, whatever goes in at the fag plug comes out at the machine no jiggery pokey involved at all.
My Phillips Respironics APAP also runs fine on whatever the fag socket delivers but Resmed machines run on 24v which requires a special lead which converts the 12v to 24v, a waste of power is involved and it uses more power than a dedicated 12v machine like the Devilbiss or Phillips machines.
