Not quite the Nullarbor

We have heard that time is wibbly-wobbly when you cross the Nullarbor, but we have been struggling to even get there. Like many others, the Eyre Highway closure has changed our plans. Read about the time we have had waiting in a beautiful part of South Australia. Perhaps you could share your stories of the Nullarbor? Or of being stuck in the past week?

About me: I am a locum sonographer, travelling with my retired husband. We use a Mars camper trailer to get from job to job, but usually have accommodation provided when we are in towns working.

Another good read, and addition to your blog, soundadventurer, so thanks for that

Hope that you get to Geraldton, in time

Thanks Tony. We made it with plenty of time to spare, and adventures along the way.

Re Whistling Ship - Streaky Bay; The perforations that undermine the entire Southern edge of Australia is the main reason anyone should not wander on the Southern side of the road when travelling the Nullarbor (especially at night).

Great read soundadventurer.
