My REDARC 30 BMS (also has a Victron 60 battery regulator) has reset itself back to the CALCULATING phase, the process it performed when I first got the caravan.
Is this normal when it was functioning perfectly yesterday or is there a possible issue that could have caused this?
The VICTRON 60 guys have told me to use the VICTRON app on my mobile in conjunctions with the REDARC BMS 30 display as different features will display on different devices.

Usually only does that when it needs to recalibrate the state of charge calculation because the battery has been disconnected from the unit. If you haven't disconnected the battery then maybe you have a loose connection somewhere? Redarc also have a very helpful technical support help desk that you can contact by phone on 08 8322 4848.
I had the system completely checked over by Inspect a Gadget, specialists in this electronics area, in Perth who were recommended to me by REDARC. They said they had never seen such a mess from a caravan manufacturer. Thanks Retreat!!!!
Now all good but $500+ later!!!!
