Changed caravan and tow vehicle

Hi,

We are back after a long absence. Its good to be here again.

We sold up everything, even the house as it was in a small country town, and for medical reasons we had to be nearer hospitals and doctors at that time. We are now renting a place, as we have our two younger adult girls living with us.

So we bought a cheaper van, a 1999 Jayco Starcraft poptop, our Toyota Prado was wiped out by a cow, when hubby drove back from visiting his son in Broome. He was ona dirt road heading to Alice Springs...and was just thinking of pulling over at the next parking bay when he hit it. Luckily he only received bruising. A truckie towed the poor Prado to a roadhouse, and hubby gave him all the huge fish he had caught as payment then the tow truck took him and the car to Alice Springs and it was written off by insurance.

We now have a nice 2003 Toyota Landcruiser Prado Grande, so we upgraded we have just had electric brakes fitted to the Prado, and we are waiting until after NY to go on our maiden trip with the van and car. We are only going to Port Broughton in SA for a few days to iron out any problems with either the van or car. Then we plan on going on longer trips. We cant wait
