Hiring lighter flight attendants is probably to offset an aging fleet.

An old 747 is about 1 tonne heavier due to ground in dirt.

If Rolex is a registered charity, then why doesn't 100% of its profits go to charity?

Rolex SA is owned by the private Hans Wilsdorf Foundation, which is registered as a charity and does not pay corporate income taxes. In 2011, a spokesman for Rolex declined to provide evidence regarding the amount of charitable donations made by the Wilsdorf Foundation. In Geneva where the company is based, it is said to have gifted, among many things, two housing buildings to social institutions of Geneva.

The interference can come from a device, or to a device.

Ferrite beads prevent electromagnetic interference (EMI) in two directions: from a device or to a device. A conductive cable acts as an antenna ? if the device produces radio-frequency energy, this can be transmitted through the cable, which acts as an unintentional radiator. In this case the bead is required for regulatory compliance, to reduce EMI. Conversely, if there are other sources of EMI, such as household appliances, the bead prevents the cable from acting as an antenna and receiving interference from these other devices. This is particularly common on data cables and on medical equipment.

What's an "ocer" and what's a "yatch"?

Re Charities.

How Much money do the owners of the Trademarked name 'Movember' get paid by the Charity to use the name, and how much of the  money raised is actually paid out.

Interesting subject to research.
