We stopped off a Bulahdelah for a pub lunch today and took a look at the progress of the new River Myall Holiday Resort. Work is well underway. Site is right behind the Pub.

To bad this CP will more than likely close the free camp on the opposite side of the river. You can see a free camper in your second pic on the opposite side of river.
There are 4 free or low cost camps in Bulahdelah. The Lions one over the river, ones at the Bowling Club and Golf Club, plus the Showgrounds. Plus of course the long established regular caravan park on the northern edge of town.
The new park actually kicked off 15 years ago when a lot of the infrastructure, including amenities block were built, but the local developer ran out of money and Council tolerance before it opened.
