I'm not on facebook so I can't comment, other than saying that I would assume people each have their own history of their issues. The more one documents things the better. Make as must administration as possible for everyone. As they say create a paper trail.

A paper trail all the way to the Supreme Court by the looks of it!
It is just inappropriate to rubbish someones product without solid proof which I think is the issue here.
From what I read, she endorsed a posters negative comments on the product and the story goes on. A prospective buyer pulled oit of their purchase over her comments hence documented proof of loss of income.
Imo whether its facebook, a forum or a simple conversation, it is still risking someones livelihood.

Agree with you Eagle but if you have first hand experience and it's your story, I believe you should be able to tell it and share it.
That said there are always 2 sides to the story and I've been on the receiving end of customers with ridiculous demands before. so It could very well be one of those case.
Interested to hear how it turns out.
The risk you take when making allegations on public forums, no matter how convinced you may be that you are right, is you may be asked to prove those allegations in court.
Many forums will not allow naming and shaming because the Administrators can be dragged into any subsequent legal action.
