Annexe floor matting

Hi All,

just wanting to know peoples thoughts on annexe matting?

the matting we have at the moment is green Air Weave type and we are replacing it as we have bigger van now

and was wondering what the Camec grey weave type is like and if it was better than the Air Weave ??

any thoughts would be appreciated

Cheers Ken

I use CGear matting. Four years old and still looks new. I am a full time GN. Light weight too.

We also have CGear, ours is about 8 years old and still like new and its had a lot of use. Doesn't kill the grass and not slippery when wet unlike plain shadecloth.

Had to look it up . Yes the double shade cloth type work well .More so in sandy areas which is near everywhere!! Self cleans too !! Doesnt kill grass if the sun can shine on it . Depends how long ? After 3 weeks it may go yellow ??

I have owned the Camac 4.5mx2.5m mat for six months, it has been used daily and on some bad surfaces too, sharp rock and stone, it is still in as-new condition and is easy to clean with a broom. It does not kill grass.

I looked at both it and the CG but as the respective prices were $90 and $240 and I could neither see nor feel any difference between the two I went for the Camac product, I have no regrets in so doing.

I use the CGear brand and I am happy with it.

I can peg mine out nice and tight if staying put for a while and avoid any trip hazard.

We use the Camec type- Bathurst burrs and Cathead (Star jacks) burrs shake off. We normally don't use on lawns in C P's as we like the grass under foot.
