A Great Saturday

Finally got rid of the last bit of palm stump, started as 4 foot round and three foot high, chipped away to a foot  x 8 inches, into bin. Melbourne won their game, beat Freo and great Saturday night jukebox on local community radio. 107.3FM in Albury Wodonga. Did I mention that Melbourne beat Fremantle ?

Similar sentiments from me Craig, productive day in the garden doing a few winter jobs, then Port Adelaide had a very welcome win over Geelong.biggrin

Not a great one for me. They say bad things come in threes.
Geelong lost by 11 points (but SWMBO was happy)
Matildas lost on a penalty shootout.
Collingwood won.

Yep, believed ALL the football writers and their heads have got in the way a fair bit. But have now started to try again.

Living up here in God's Country, Qld, I do not follow AFL. Ok, sometimes I see that the 2 Qld teams have had a victory.

But as for AFL in Victoria, I guess that because everyone except the loyal Supporters, like to BASH Collingwood, I decided to support the Magpies.

You know I think the old saying goes something like this

""Collingwood for ever""
