Its a thing of the past but you can stay at the botanical gardens. The time frame suggest they dont wont you there...
20hrs in any 4 week period
but alright for an overnighter with plenty of access to big name shops etc

Emerald has a excellent RV park attached to a caravan park on real grass with a welcoming atmosphere.
We spent time there in 2018 and possibly stay there again when the need arises.

The RV camp is in wiki camps. You will need to scoll down aways, shows"camping, enter via caravan park", check price, $12 or $15 a night.
There is water to fill your tank and dump point, good place to refil your gas at a good rate.

We just had a week at Higher ground home stay 14k out toward the dam. Non power $7_power15. Water available
Must have own toilet. Excellent spot. In wiki.
