THIS IS AN ANNEXE USED TWICE, IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, EXCEPT THERE ARE SOME PATCHES ON THE MAIN FLYSCREEN WINDOW.  IT SUITS A CARAVAN WITHOUT A ROLL-OUT AWNING. WE HAD IT ATTACHED TO OUR 1983 VISCOUNT CARAVAN. INCLUDES THE WALL WEATHER STRIP, SOME GUY ROPES AND STAKES. THE LONG WALL MEASURES 3.9METRES WIDE. THE SIDE WALLS MEASURE 2.4. THE ROOF MEASURES 3.9 LONG AND 2.4 WIDE. YOU NEED TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN POLES, WHICH CAN BE BOUGHT FROM ALDI AT $9.99 EACH, SATURDAY 6APRIL2019. There is no picture of the annex on a van in that link. Do you have one to post, that will give you much better chances of shifting it.

The other thing is that forum members don't like you shouting at them (posting in capital letters like you did is considered shouting on forums and other web services.)

Hi Peter,

Thanks for educating me on the finer ethics of posting to grey nomads. we live and we learn. I have taken your most welcome advice. I have tried to edit the ad accordingly three time but seem unable to find the edited version. hopefully it will appear on the forum once I log out.

Well, I surrender. having unsuccessfully tried a dozen times to alter the original ad, here is the version I now wish folk to consider:

Annexe for a caravan without a roll out awning $340
This is an annexe used twice, it is in excellent condition, except there are some patches on the main flyscreen window. It suits a caravan without a roll-out awning. We had it attached to our 1983 viscount caravan. Includes the wall weather strip, two poles, some guy ropes and stakes. The long wall measures 3.9metres wide. The side walls measure 2.4. the roof measures 3.9 long and 2.4 wide. We had the annexe stored away while we sojourned for some months so there are no photos of it attached to the old caravan which we had sold. I think it best to inspect to decide if it suits your needs. See the photos.

I am updating my ad having tried to fit it unsuccessfully to a local caravan and discovering it needs new information to allow for a successful sale. so here goes again:

THE SIDE WALLS MEASURE 2.4. YOU NEED TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN POLES, EXCEPT FOR TWO, WHICH MEANS YOU NEED ANOTHER SIX. I THINK THESE CAN BE PURCHASED FROM CAMPING STORES FOR AROUND $10EACH, BUT PLEASE DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK TO CONFIRM THAT. I THINK IT BEST TO INSPECT TO DECIDE IF IT SUITS YOUR NEEDS. SEE THE PHOTOS. IT MIGHT ALSO BE WORTH CALLING ME ON (03)70152765 FOR A CHAT. THE ANNEXE IS LOCATED FOR INSPECTION IN COBURG NORTH ADJACENT TO THE FAWKNER CEMETERY.
