But want to know if they are worth the investment

No, but my relatives in Germany have a remote control caravan mover. They put it on mostly due to having hip replacements & did not want to risk any additional injuries moving the caravan.
I have seen it used often enough & it is brilliant. In Europe all you see is caravans on the move by themselves. A bit of a shock when you first see it!
If you are in a tight spot, very typical in Europe caravan parks or camping as they call it, or have to be careful due to health issues it is well worth installing.
Two issues, cost & weight. But if it enables you to move your caravan to the cm & turn it around on the spot for example & avoid injuries then it is worth every single cent.
If you already have a decent house battery installed you are about a third of the way there.
Even better the "boss" can do all the work, as in my relatives case!

We've got a set of Purpleline movers on our Avan Aliner - at home we have a slightly sloping driveway down to the street - the van is stored at the back of the carport. We used to have both of us push the van back into the carport (drawbar facing away from the street), but a couple of years ago the 'boss' slipped on the wet driveway and broke her arm. Although it is now healed and a titanium plate inserted, she no longer has the strength in her arm to help me push.
We thought about if this would end our vanning experience, but decided to invest in the movers. I can now easily get the van out and put it back in the carport by myself. We've now had these for just under three years - well worth the investment. However, It's made me lazy, and most times now I 'walk' the van into the right position in park sites rather than back it in - faster and easier, but if you've already spent the money to fit them, may as well use them - no harm in having a little extra help in your old age !
Give Purpleline in Melbourne a call or email them - they'll give you the names of a couple of authorised suppliers / installers close to your home. Our local supplier in Brisbane gave us a competitive supply and install quote.

I bought a second hand Jayco Heritage and had movers fitted straight away would not be without them.
I had a heart attack and two stents, so I cannot push this big van around. Love it when I go to CP and the site is tight, the permanents just sit back and watch use the movers and they are left with their jaws dropping instead of a s******.
