Hi all, new to this so I'm hoping for some advice,2 weeks ago we purchased a 2nd hand van from a dealer on the Sunshine coast, on pickup morning when the salesman pulled the van onto my ball the coupling fouled and scratched the bumper, his suggestion was that I would have to get a longer tongue, the coupling is a hyland which I have since discovered was on the van upside down, this hitch looks just like a standard over ride hitch,so I towed this van 350 ks home only to be told by my son that it has electric brakes and needs a controller in the car. When the salesman tried to show me how the stove worked, it didn't, they fitted a new regulator and sent me on my way, I was told by my son and confirmed by trans department yesterday that I should have been issued with a new gas certificate,I have emailed all of the above and more to the company,no reply, any thoughts on where I stand.
