I hope you get some answers soon as I am planing to use them when I get to Qld in June. Their prices are attractive and they do fitting.   I had been quoted $1800 to replace mine on insurance and the Jillaroo was about $600   Here's hoping

Can you please supply a link to them? There are others that would be interested in the subject.

Good luck....youll need it.When I was looking for an awning,I visited their premises on three separate occassions, and got absolutely nowhere. The man to see never is there, and the receptionist has no idea.Their warehouse has a couple of awnings set up on a wall for display, but I had no luck trying to understand how they work. The young lady knew less than me,so after the third visit I gave up and bought from a competitor, just down the road. Cheers

Amazing range of spares and caravan equipment.Bit slack at acknowledging your presence, but once someone decides to talk to you, they. certainly know their products.Good prices, but happy to haggle if you want a bit of fun! Cheers
