I have recently purchased a Ford F250 to tow my 24ft Elite diamond series semi offroad van. Wanting to be able to carry my tinnie in/on the rear tub but still be able to have some secure access to the tub. I hope to also to keep the top of the tinnie in a position that may help with the wind resistance of the semi offroad van. Any advice or photos of others that may have a similar combination will be greatly appreciated.
During travels I have seen some great set ups with the larger trucks with boats on the top towing vans.
If you are already out and about on the road you will no doubt come across many varying set ups which you may assess.
You might be better placed to go to a dedicated F series forum or even some Facebook groups may have some info.
Good luck with your searching.

A friend had an 4x4 Twin Cab F350 and had custom ladder racks built with Tabs that located the bow of the tinnie up to the front of the Tub. Angled to locate the bow. Two straps held it from the rear towards the Tabs and a strap over the top holding it all down. He found a manual Hydraulic Ute crane. Gumtree I think. The crane with a jib that he used to drop the tinnie on the deck. The tinnie was then hoisted from one side to turn it upright. He had a plate on one of the uprights of the ladder racks at the front to mount the 9HP outboard. Usual clamp on wheels to launch it.
Got rid of the lot to go the Fifth wheeler route but it all worked well. He had the tinnie set just below the roofline of the F350. Acted as a windbreak for the Poptop they used to tow. The whole set up allowed him to take the Tinnie off even when hooked up to the Van.
