the war memorial overlooking King George Sound at Albany is a must see - the view is amazing. Any of the beach/ocean drives out of Esperance is a must - the bays and water colour are beautiful. The tin horse highway at Kulin is a bit of fun. Wave rock at Hyden is interesting too.
Kalgoorlie superpit is amazing - do a tour and hopefully get to see a 'blast'

If you want to see the the largest variety of wild flowers head inland road from Perth towards Albany to Kojonup then back to (Bunbury if you like cities) Manjimup, Pemberton, Wapole and Albany. Alow a full day in Kojonup to see Koja Place and the rose maze, the first and best example of whites and original land owners working together for Australia
At Esperance go out to Cape Le grand and Lucky Bay.
Take your time as there is so much more to see in SW WA. If you have time I could fill a couple of months up for you.
I agree with Woolman - so much to see between Augusta and Norseman - you could easily fill 2 months - Margaret River is great, Denmark worth a stop - good caravan park at the River mouth and so many lovely places along the coast towards Esperance. You will enjoy it all!
if you go to Augusta, go out to the Lighthouse.
Often can see whales from the headland. If you go to Walpole, there is a great tour to do across the water to the coast. The commentary is very informative on things local.
Hopetown (south of Ravensthorpe) has a great camparea in the National Park -right on the coast.
Wildflowers should be fantastic down that way!

North of Esperance (on road to Norseman) there is Gibsons soak (next to the pub).
A lot of terrific stops already recommend I can add only one and it is outstanding and its the Cape-Le- Grand National park just out from Esperance, when we were at the Supa Pit we were told the most common day for blasting was Friday at about 10am.
When in Norseman visit the tourist office and get a strip map for the trip across the Nullabour makes for a much more interesting trip.
