Gidday Snippy,
I've just come back from having visited those 3 places (amongst many others). All roads great and mainly sealed except Innamincka to Cameron Corner which was gravel and we just took only my car, leaving Vans at Innamincka.
The roads to Cameron Corner would be no bother in a van if you don't mind dust and travelling slowly. We found tar-sealed roads just about everywhere else except road from Windorah to Birdsville, which was awful but I think we beat the grader to it. Shook our vans about a bit.
Cheers,
Roy.

Thanks Roy,
Do you know what the road Thargomindah to Tibooburra is like?

We travelled that route years ago, and the roads are still much the same as far as I can see. From Nocundra to Tiboorburra obviously the conditions will depend on when it was last graded and when it last rained. We could not see the caravan when were driving that leg of the trip because of the dust - it was incredible. I imagine the dust is still the same if it has not rained. An awesome trip just the same.
We travelled from Broken Hill to Tibooburra and then to Cameron Corner in July 2018 towing a 2.5 tonne off-road van. Dinner at the Corner Store was worth the trip. From the Corner headed Northeast 110km towards Thargomindah and then did a left turn up through Santos and Orientos to the Dig Tree. Explored the various Burke, Wills and King sites and Innamincka and then followed the the Adventure Way back to Thargomindah and Cunnamulla. There was enough unsealed corrugated roads to satisfy any needs for "off-roading", but the roads were reasonably ok albeit dusty. The van was towed all the way with the only problem being the van door having a propensity for opening while travelling (dodgy lock). Enjoy your trip.
