Hi Iâm trying to come up with a storage solution for the huge washing machine hose. In my tunnel boot I fit ramps Weber sullage hose water hose drawbar hose. I just canât fit the bulky washing machine hose in there. I was thinking of some mesh under drawbar not sure of fixing it on. Has any one got some simple storage solutions please?

Why keep that bulky hose?
In our case I have a 10L bucket with a fitting attached at the bottom to take our normal drain hose. All drains run from the van into that & then a single hose to the sullage point.

I have a length of 5m of 50 mm agricultural pipe (the black stuff) mounted under my caravan. I poked it through the punchouts in my caravan chassis. It starts near the front of the van, crosses over to the other side and then exits near the rear of the van. This is used simply as a carrier for the drain hose - it doesn't carry water itself, only the hose. The hose sticks out about 200 mm from the end of the Agi pipe (the "carrier". I leave the drain hose from the sink permanently attached to the drain piping, and slide the hose out from the "carrrier" when I set up camp. If there is no sullage to feed into, I leave it in place and place a bucket under the end of the hose. When I am packing up, I simply feed the sullage hose back into the carrier and I normally have no mess at all. Certainly there is no carrying the sullage hose inside the car or the van.

Hi, simple way is to get rubber hose cut at approx 2.2?? lengths and put them in the front and back cross members , they are 100 or 125 or 150mm . you can put up to 6.0 or 8.0 metres of pipe , plus no smell , and they drain or dry as you travel . been doing this for years Mickle.
