Hello, we are newbies at GN havent had our aluminium tent out as yet because we havent got insurance on her yet.

Is there any insurance companies that you would recommend, that dont charge like wounded  bulls?

They all charge exorbitant rates but I use CIL Caravan Insurance easier to deal with when making a claim.

Do you have the towing vehicle with CIL as well?
Weve gotten one quote so far and WOW.. seems more expensive to insure a van than ahouse lol..

We don't use CIL for the Patrol Insurance better quote from QBE.

Try NRMA  , PVEJOY18,  ours was about half the price of CIL with more suitable options which help to reduce the cost.

I got a quote from CIL today theirs was 430 per year.. still have to read what they offer in the fine print as such.. will def look into NRMA thankyou to everyone for your imput..much appreciated
