They take semi trailers up and down there. A small motorhome should fit OK. There is a narrow bend where you have to take care and give way to larger vehicles but competent drivers should handle it OK.

At the corner mentioned buses, trucks and caravans have to back up to take two goes at getting around. There is a large sealed manoeuvring area to allow this.
Ron, the only vehicles that have to take two goes at that corner are the ones the size of the longest semi-trailers. My rig goes around without trouble.

Once on a solo trip up the pass I followed a bus. The bus went straight ahead to within about an old fashioned foot from the cliff face, then backed up and turned before it was able to get around the corner.
I only ever towed a camper trailer through the pass so never had a problem with that road, but a friend with a large van told me that he had to back up to get around.
Now having upgraded to a 21ft van I either use Mt Ousley or go south through Nowra then Nerriga and Tarago.
Anyway, as others have said, the corner can be negotiated with a bit of care. Buses and trucks use the pass every day so caravans can certainly make it.
So, as PeterD says, just take it easy at the corner and you should be OK. (With the 8-metre motor home you may have to do the same as the bus!)
