Hi Bill, we had to do the same thing, depending on make of tv bracket, some you could buy just the end bracket but for ours you couldn't.
went to Bunnings and brought the pieces and made my own, cost about $10 to make. pictures attached. hope it helps.

I'm not sure exactly what you want but I have the bracket shown in the URL below.
It is a "quick-release" jobby with one half attached to wall swivel mount (which you have) and the other (Vesa) plate attached to TV set.
TV set is easily fitted to and removed from wall bracket by lifting off. My TV set lies on bed while travelling.

Well I ended up using a Strammit General Purpose Bracket GPB .
It took a few adjusts until I got the position right so that the TV goes under the cupboards.
I am very happy and works well.
