Thought i post a few more pics on the van, all the overhead cabinets are fitted as are the shelves, i still need to make all the cabinet doors yet but that can wait till later when the van has been clad. in the pics you will see that i am still working on the sleeping area and rear side storage areas gluing and screwing takes time as apposed to a nail gun.
the middle storage area door/cover will have gas struts fitted after to help with lifting when the mattress is in place. the last pic is of the passenger side rear storage compartment the white stuff you see around is a silicon type bonding stuff called tool box made by Fuller it works well, even though i have glued the panel and frame together i still like to put the toolbox around areas like that as insurance as i don't want to staple the panel on and once the top panel is fitted it will be hard to fix back in place if i ever have to. when i have finished that i will be putting the insulation back in and hopefully get the exterior cladding and fitting that. Oh by the way i have checked out the sirocco fans and have decided to purchase two of the fans thanks for all the input it is much appreciated.
Great Job Alan but despite comments comments it "looks like a bought one" and "the caravan manufacturers will want to employ you", neither is true because you're obviously doing a good job (a No-No in the van industry) and you're using real wood and ply. Another No-no.
Yes, It's going to be an unusual van that doesn't require heaps of rectification as soon as it gets on the road and everything will work.
