I was a little bored and decided to look at 4x4 Motor Homes. I have a friend who wants to sell up her acreage and buy a 4x4 Motor Home and do the full offroad thing.
Looked at the Caravan World site and saw a Trakka Jabiru 519 Mercedes based MH.
Gave a Tare Weight, GVM and here is the one that I can't figure a towball weight of 2000KGS. Towball weight of 2000kgs just doesn't figure.
Can anybody make sense of that ball weight?
Only thing I can figure is a max towing weight of 2000kgs.

Yep, sounds the same to me Trevor. As we both know, many motorhomes tow a little car behind them. That said, I saw only yesterday a big converted bus towing a BIG closed in trailer and guess what came out from behind it, a full grown adult Nissan Patrol 4x4. Nice rig, all of it. Nice couple in charge as well.
Glad I parked away from them and not next to as the Collie would have looked like a matchbox toy.

That is the maximum allowable tow rating of the towbar.
The maximum that vehicle can tow is the lesser of either the vehicle rated capacity or the towbar rated capacity (2000kg).
