Oil of cloves - toothache relief

Oil of cloves.

Excellent for short term relief of toothache - it's been used for a few thousand years.

Store in a cool, dark place - the fridge?

Dab it onto the pain site with a cotton bud.

NB. Oil of cloves provides pain *relief* it is not a remedy - you'll still need to visit the dentist.

Mum used to use this on us but it was inevitable that we always had a visit to the dentist.
I dont think it came in a bottle like that but I think she got it from the chemist.

Probably not good memories when that was involved :)

Oil of colves is great to stop/kill mould. 6 to 8 drops in a 500 ml spray bottle of water.  Clean the mould off then spray some of the mixture on the area and wipe the area with  cloth.

The oil of cloves kills the mould spores. It will in most cases be effective for a few months.

I've used it for tooth aches in the past. Tastes like ****e but works well.
I put some on one of those ear cleaner cotton buds and just sit it against the tooth. couple more drips on it now and then to keep ya going.
