They sure are!, I have now got an "account", BUT, it doesn't extend to the refund or link any of my other licence's or regos. Have to dial a 13 number and go through all the b/s again. Possibly not worth the $10-$15 in our case, as i am sure the aggro factor will kick in. cheers Craig. Please note, I will crawl under a barbed wire fence, charge through a box thorn hedge etc etc to get a needed bargain, but at the moment i am over dial 1, listen, dial three, press the hash key, dial 7, then dial 9, whoops, buggered that up, press 1 to return to the main message, thanks a lot NBN.

The RMS computers were down yesterday because of the high demand from everyone trying to claim their refund, even in the RMS shop front nothing was working, so wait till later, you have until September to claim.

Thanks John I wasn't aware of this as I am not in the country but I am assuming that I should still be able to make a claim when I get back even if I don't have the vehicle anymore as I was the one who paid for the green slip.
