Do any of you full timers carry a high pressure water cleaner with you? good for cleaning the Barbie, and the vehicles. Fitted mine in the ute yesterday, just mentally debating on its worth, or is it dead weight.
I will probably throw one on board next time we are away on extended leave.
I stayed in a park for a while last year and we had a resident possom that regardless of how I parked the Toyota he always managed hit the target, so to speak. Thos big black c0ckat00s werent bad at it either
I recon the bloke that owned the local car wash had the possum employed.
I have got three of pressure washers as excess from my business. One is a Skil brand and it is a bit big but the other two are those mid range Karcher models that I got as promotion gifts for buying a certain volume of product from a major supplier.
They are not that big and they do the job quite well.
They are good for giving the solar panels a good clean and also saves a bit if you are on the dirt when it rains for the cleanup afterwards provided you have a spot to use it.
Most parks I found dont mind a standard wash or hose down but they baulk at mud being dropped all over the place.
If you have the room and the weight spare then take it.

I wonder how one of these would go. 12v, cant see it having as much pressure as say a karche/gern, could be packed away in small spaces. Or make up your own with a spare pump and a few fittings.
I made this 20 years ago. Just cleaned the Weber with it. Oven cleaner then high pressure hose. The nozzle has a 4mm hole. Works a treat, weighs bugger all.
Thanks folks, but I already have the cleaner, its whether we take it with us on our travels, or put it into storage. One area it may come in handy, is cleaning out the grey water tank.
