There is an owners Facebook Page and if you google you should find a dedicated owners sub forum as well.
I looked very seriously at them.
I was interested in the Venture series which is classed as the semi off road but in the end I could not justify the cost.
Right or wrong my wife wanted a slide out and the one they offered was not what we wanted.
I opted in the end for a JAYCO Silverline Outback at $25000.00 odd cheaper than the Zone.
The JAYCO does what we want it to and we are happy with it but if you are after a good off roader and have the money then the Zone would be a good choice.
When I enquired they also were asking for quite a large deposit at the time of placing the order.

They've got a production line waiting list - full till the last quarter of this year. Owners seem very happy with the product and after sales back-up. Only thing that stopped me was that they are unable, (at this stage), to customize the floorplans. AND yes, not cheap, little change from $200,000 once all the option boxes have been ticked.
That said, an imported 5th Wheel I had been looking at went up $70,000 since August last year.
Looks like Zone are really doing their homework by field testing their products in the real world. These videos certainly show this. How many other manufacturers directors/management actually get out there and test their products? Then upon return make improvements to the design and embody these improvements in the subsequent builds. www.youtube.com/watch Have met with a few owners here in WA whom all speak highly of their experience with Zone. Expensive? maybe, but quality, small boutique custom build to individuals requirements will never compare with mass produced products from a larger manufacturer on price obviously. But being probably the second largest investment one would make, these look like they could handle almost anything that you would encounter in Oz, and therefore hold together, and retain a really solid resalable value when the time comes....
Sure, it's all about budget, and we'd all like to own a Bentley, but having looked around, I haven't been impressed with much. Still making caravans just like they did in the seventies. This looks like a breath of fresh air into a somewhat draconian industry that just add more mild steel and checker plate as their way of progress, and they'd like $80K-$120K for the pleasure Around 2.5t tare for a 21.5 footer. Imagine having a 1.0 tonne payload to play with? !! Who would like a dustproof (guaranteed!) full offroad van??..(putting hand up)

Only just a couple months back, June it was, we up in Emerald when in a RV Park I spotted a very new Zone caravan towed by a equally 4x4 wagon, I thought to myself how good that all looks.
A little later that day I found my wife sitting chatting with a lady and she was talking about the disappointment of picking up there very expensive caravan, mainly end quality control. They had come up from western Victoria ready to start there trip with the caravan
There first challenge was when they towed it to a near by caravan park to find the hot water taps in the ensuite never worked, overnight a few other problems surfaced, small things like badly located hingeds, mircowave oven. Next morning the caravan was back at the factory and 2 days later they were on there trip again.
The lady really was not bagged anybody just disappointed with buying a very expensive item.
