I soak my feet in vinegar and brown listerene Rocky and for some reason I have heaps of seagulls following me around now. So reckon if you clean your house etc with vinegar the seagulls will be out in force mate.

We've always used White Vinegar to clean our shower recess. No mold & no seagull sh*t to speak of despite us living near a beach.smile.gif  smile.gif

Nothing like hot chips sprinkled with vinegar & salt, wrapped in butchers paper, particularly the ones you find down the bottom when you thought that you were finished!

OK Dougwe, I'll be the "fall guy" - why do you soak your feet in vinegar and brown Listerine?

Vinegar contains acetic acid. That probably kills some bugs.
Chlorine or alcohol would be much more effective, I reckon.

Cheers,
Peter

Gday...

Did ya read the article in the link Pete?

Ya almost quoted them .hmm

Ya are not forced to read links, but it sort of helps to understand the post. hmm

Then agen, over the years I have found most posters on all the forums I annoy have the same reluctance to click on and read a provided link ... and interestingly, others refuse to accept any comment or advice unless a link to an 'authorised/respected' site is provided. Guess ya can't win. cry

Cheers - John

No I did not read the link, I thought it was a genuine question, not just a rehash of some other so called news item. Clearly I was wrong.
If I had seen the original I would not have wasted my time opening it either.

Cheers,
Peter

Being around wind and dust a lot and the old thongs (on the feet smile) the feet dry out and crack and two lovely ladies many moons back told me about the mixture and it works. Helps fix all problems but ya smell like fish and chips biggrin
