DO not fall for the latest trick. A few mobas are promoting " stand on one footexercise" such as clean your teeth while standing on one foot. it may be a good dea for balance, BUt brings on the plantar something chronic.

After suffering this condition painfully for 12 months, this week I found something which gives me instant relief and allows me in the mornings and after resting to be able to get up and walk across a room with out hobling in pain. It is a shoe insert designed for this condition from a crowd called Foot Logics. They have all sorts of inserts including this one pacifically for Planter Fasciitis which I bought from a chemist for $35.00 I didn't expect it to work so I am amazed that after all this time putting up with it, that a simple cheap fix worked for me. Life changing to me at this time.

I have worn the chemist orthotics for years as I have suffered from collapsed arch. The brands change from time to time & that means changing & trying to find a new one that works, so sometimes trial & error. Currently using the foot care range & have been pain free for nearly 2 years, which is good considering my work has me on my feet walking all day.

Farmhat and fwdoz - I can imagine how painful that must be - have a friend who can't go without her chemist inserts, even has them for her slippers!

I go through them regularly jules47. Walking 8-14km a day at work I go through about 6 sets a year. Then there is my other shoes as well...
