Would perhaps be easier to give a guide to price if you could give a few details regarding size of van it fits, whether off road or on road (due to height), what it is made of, number of doors and windows, etc.

That way people will be able to see it in their minds eye, and have some idea of what it might be and be worth.

My initial reaction would be that if it is in good condition, reasonable age, and fits popular size vans, could be worth $400 - 700. That said though, I am not looking for an annex, 1) don't know what knew costs, and 2) wouldn't spend a lot for one.

Remember it is a limited market you are looking at as the buyer will need to have a van that is the same or very close in size to yours.

Anyway, good luck with it.

Thanks for your input. It is about 5.2 metres, has 4 large windows n a door and a skirt. The van is 25 foot.

It looks good. You're probably best hanging on to it even though you rarely use it. The market is flooded with secondhand RV/Caravan gear so you probably wouldn't get what it's really worth.

I had one made 4 years ago and it was a similar size and layout as far as windows, doors etc.
From memory it cost me around $2900.00 with the antiflap and spreader bars. This price included fitting and all tracks on the van.
This would be a guide but the second hand market usually dictates a price of around 50% of its new value.
You may be fortunatate and find someone that will pay more.
I searched for a second hand one before I opted to go new but the annexes on offer were either not what I wanted or in very poor condition.
Your annexe looks to be in very good condition and if it was available when I was looking we may have been able to do a deal.

Good luck with the sale.

Certainly looks a nice one.

You could ask 50 - 60% of what you paid, but people may seek a discount if they are also going to need to buy the anti flappers to fit it.

Could be worth trying on here or any other forum you are on to start with.
