That was my reaction. And it's SOLD. A reporter not really in touch with the RV market. $600,000 and upwards would have been luxury/expensive even though $300,000 is way out of my range.

It's an Avida Longreach these days!  Still a nice motorhome if you can afford it, probably top of the line in todays market.
