Hi Folks, just recieved a letter from the RACV which contained the following info.

Tow pack add on no longer exists from August 17th members with Total care and extra care will automatically be covered up to the following limits;

8.0t gross weight.

3.3m in height.

2.5m width.

9.0m in length.

They will credit the unused portion of the Tow pack cover and it can be used when another product payment is due.You do not have to do anything the changes are automatic.

is that 9mts for the van only or vehicle/van combination

Good question. I have checked and it is van only although they do not make this distinction in the letter.
