CFS signposts refuges as last resort zones ahead of bushfire danger season......

A total of 96 so-called "bushfire last-resort refuges" will now be signposted across South Australia, allowing people to better identify a place to seek shelter in a fire emergency.

The last-resort refuges were established as part of a two-pronged fire safety strategy from the Country Fire Service (CFS).

I'm glad to hear that someone is thinking ahead, before the next Fire Season,   "Good on ya"  CFS.

I noticed one of these signs when leaving Birdwood last week. A great bit of information if you're not familiar with an area. Cheers Pete
