Removing Venetian Blinds to clean


How do I Remove blinds I have tried twisting , pulling etc. any suggestions please. I have recently returned from a long trip involving gravel roads and they are filthy.

There are a few different types of brackets to hold them on so a bit hard to say without seeing them

The blinds in my Crusader van has 2 clips holding them. There is a small protrusion with a slot in it on each clip facing towards the inside of the van and if you put a small screwdriver in the slot and pull it towards you it releases the front of the blind top rail. Now do this to both clips and the blind will come away from the window. Do this procedure with the blind raised.
