A great online store to buy from. Ordered a new seal for my toilet cassette last weekend. Arrived today Free postage and I still received 3 messages during that time telling me where it was up to with Tracking.
Sapphire Post Office post mistress told me they have a tracking contract with Aus Post. How good is that.
I live about 20mins from their warehouse. They won't sell over the counter though. This means that instead of it taking an hour to get something, it usually takes three days to have it delivered.
One good thing, they will accept a direct debit into their bank account, rather than use a credit card.(I won't use mine over the internet)
I have found it difficult searching their catalogue for something and couldn't find it. Gave them a ring and they explained where it was. No probs.
