I was having probs too on iPad. I just kept hitting the refresh curly arrow whatsit at the right hand end of the address bar and it loaded eventually. I often have trouble with graphic rich pdfs.

No problem here opening GNT.  Another tick for Android using Adobe reader.

I normally never have trouble but this one just won't so it must have been scrambled somewhere. Anyway thanks for the feedback
